Where we ship

We currently ship to Sweden, the Nordics, and the rest of the EU. If your country isn't listed at checkout, reach out to us at [insert contact email] and we'll see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Since we run small, limited batches rather than holding large inventory, processing can occasionally take a little longer during a drop — if that happens, we'll let you know by email.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Destination Estimated delivery Cost
Sweden 1–3 business days [insert rate] / Free over [insert amount] kr
Rest of Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Finland) 2–5 business days [insert rate] / Free over [insert amount] kr
Rest of EU 4–8 business days [insert rate]

Delivery times are estimates from the shipping carrier, not guarantees, and can vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you don't receive one within [X] business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs & import duties (non-Sweden orders)

For orders shipped outside Sweden, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are outside our control and not included in your order total.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at [insert contact email] with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Limited batches & restocks

Because we produce in small, limited runs, some items may sell out and will not be restocked. If a size or design sells out after you've ordered, we'll contact you directly to offer a refund or an alternative.
